Refund policy:

All of our products are custom made to order and all sales are final no refunds. We are not responsible for any health department policies you may encounter. Our products are made with all nsf certified parts and components and meet or exceed the nsf 59 standard for food service. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the products will pass inspection in your area. No returns or refunds will be granted based on health department non-acceptance of our products.

Shipping policy/delivery policy:

Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible. All products are made to order and processing times vary. You will be informed when you place your order, production time estimate. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: ltl freight, u.s. postal service (usps), united parcel service (ups) or fedex. Sorry but we cannot ship to p.o. boxes. 
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal express and ups deliveries occur monday through friday, excluding holidays.
